Ab dem 1. November 2025 suchen wir Unterstützung für unser Trainer:innen-Team in Berlin, befristet zunächst bis zum 31. Dezember 2028. Gemeinsam mit den Bundestrainer:innen begleitest du unsere besten Ruderinnen im Zweier, Vierer und dem Frauenachter auf dem Weg zu internationalen Erfolgen.
Was dich erwartet? Hochmotivierte Athletinnen, ein engagiertes Trainer:innen-Team, ein wissenschaftlich geprägtes Umfeld – und Berlin als idealer Trainingsstandort: am Wasser, im Herzen des Spitzensports.
Discipline Group Trainer Assistant (f/m/d)
Women‘s Rowing Starting November 1, 2025, and initially limited until December 31, 2028. Location: Berlin
They say that Berlin is best seen and experienced from the water. Then you‘ve come to the right place as our new women‘s rowing coach, because you will be coaching our best female rowers in pairs, fours, and also in the women‘s German eight.
With heart, passion, empathy, new approaches, and convincing training methods, you will work with the national and head coaches to get the rowers to the A-Final and beyond. You can expect highly motivated rowers, a great coaching team, a scientific environment and workdays that are never the same, but certainly exciting and fulfilling. When does it start? November 1, 2025 – apply by August 17, 2025!
