Rowers Conference

The Rowers Conference is back as an in-person event on 23rd January 2022 at Dorney Lake!

The full-day programme aims to achieve a 360-degree view of the important topics and issues in coaching and performance and injury prevention insights. Presentations and workshops are designed to examine the latest thinking and best practices to manage rowing teams and offer new perspectives to coaches and sports scientists.

Last year we had the opportunity to interview the amazing Jurgen Grobler as a part of the R5 conference, but we are even more excited this year to bring you new R6 speakers who will discuss the hottest topics across three streams:

• Technology in Sport
• Athlete Wellfare
• Coaching Development

We have confirmed international speakers from the Rowing & Cycling arenas, as well as experts in the field of Sports Science. We're excited to announce that Grace Pendergast, Mark Willkinson, Mehdi Kordi, Cath Bishop, Conny Draper and Fiona Wilson will be sharing their insights at the conference.
